MikeBELLAMYOn 12th August 2017 peacefully in hospital, aged 44 years. Much loved husband of Ailsa, and dearly loved dad of Sam and Emma. Service to be held at 3pm on Wednesday 23rd August at the Chanterlands Crematorium, Hull (Small Chapel). Family flowers only please, but donations to Ward 20, C.H.H. may be left at the service.
