SivakamyMAHALINGHAMAge 73, passed away on 13 January 2021. Sivakamy is the celebrated author of Rice and Kari - a book with 400 Sri Lankan recipes that raised significant funds for charity. Sivakamy was happily married to the late Sangarappillai "Maha" Mahalingham for over forty years and she is survived by her sons, daughters-in law, siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren, grandnephews, grandnieces, and very many friends. Sivakamy was fond of the phrase "thank God each day for that particular day." Funeral services will be available by live video stream on Thursday, January 28th at 3 p.m. Donations to the Addenbrookes Charitable Trust in lieu of flowers. Sivakamy's charitable work will continue through the MAHA Foundation (www.mahafoundation.com).
