Teresa JaynePEACE(nee Hill) Passed peacefully but suddenly away on 9th June 2015 aged 44 years. Devoted partner to Jason, loving sister to Linda and Anne Marie, loving auntie to Tracey, Shelley, Maisie and Gracie, great aunt to Jaiden and Maia, sister-in-law to Brian. Teresa will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Your life was one of kindly deeds, a helping hand for others needs, sincere and true in heart and mind, beautiful memories left behind. Funeral service to take place at St Matthews Church, Worthington, on Monday 29th June 2015 at 12.00 pm, followed by interment at Worthington Cemetery. Bright coloured clothing would be appreciated.
