GladysCAVENEY(Gateshead). Peacefully in hospital on 25th May after a short illness, aged 89 years, Gladys (nee Knowles), dearest wife of the late Arthur, much loved mam of Henry and the late Ronnie, dearest mother-in-law of Julie, loving grandma of Claire, Lynsey and Gary and a much loved great grandma. Friends invited to service at St. James and St. Bede's Church on Friday 5th June at 1.45pm. Cremation following at Saltwell Crematorium. Family flowers only please but donations in lieu may be made at the service for The British Heart Foundation.
