IreneGRAHAM(Windy Nook). In hospital on the 28th August, Irene (nee Moon), aged 72 years. Loving wife of the late Eric, much loved mother of Brian, Susan and Julie, mother-in-law of Jill, Joe and Andy. Loving grandma and nana to Louise, Christopher, Anthony, Callum, Sophie and great nana of Dylan. Friends invited to service on Wednesday 9th September at 11.15am at Saltwell Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu may be made at the service for the Alzheimer's Society.
