PatriciaADAMPeacefully at Accord Hospice, surrounded by family on Monday 4th December 2023, Patricia, dearly loved wife of Robert, devoted mum to Paul and Robert, mother in law of Pamela, much loved gran Pat to Bethany and Lucas, Patricia will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Fortified by the rites of the Holy Church R.I.P. Reception and vigil prayers at St. Mirin's Cathedral on Thursday 21st December at 5.30pm Funeral mass on Friday at 10.00am, thereafter to Woodside Crematorium. In lieu of flowers, donations gratefully received in aid of ACCORD HOSPICE in memory of Pat
