SallyADAMSPeacefully on March 24th 2021 at her home, Sally the much loved wife of Philip, devoted mother of Ross and Katie, loved mother-in-law of Kayleigh and loving nan of Olly. Funeral Friday 16th April 2021 12 noon, service at Salem Capel-y-cwm, Bon-y-maen followed by cremation at Swansea Crematorium 2pm. No flowers by request but donations in lieu if so desired to ward 12 Singleton Hospital c/o Sims and Jones Independent Funeral Directors, 240 Jersey Road, Bonymaen, Swansea, SA1 7DL. Tel: 01792 700501 Due to Covid restrictions, masks and social distancing must be observed in the chapel and the crematorium is invitation only.
