Geoff was a great fella to work with. He always had a kind word and a ready smile regardless how stupid your question or how badly timed it was. I'll especially remember the nights playing footy. He had a hell of an engine on him. Even after he'd retired he ran the legs of most of us.

Above all he was just such a nice chap and will be greatly missed.

Deepest sympathies to his family and friends.

The District Nurses that came out the night Geoff passed away were so lovely so that's the reason I would like to donate to this charity.

I was so sorry to hear the sad news that Geoff had passed.

One of the nicest people you could ever come across. Always helpful, smiling and with a sense of mischief never that far away. I always looked forward to his visits when he would come down to Stamford and we would spend as much time talking about football as anything else.

A true gentleman.

My deepest condolences to all his family.
