I never got to know uncle Malcom much at all. Our family has had such turbulent times. But I know he was surrounded by loved ones, and I hope he rests easy, especially with James. May he rest in peace. Goodbye, uncle Malcom.

Dear Malcolm, it’s so hard to believe you are gone.
The children are sad their Pop has left, but they are glad to think you’ll be with their Dad.
Thank you for your friendship and support over the years - particularly the last couple. I’ll miss our long talks and putting the world to rights.
We will miss you terribly. With love from Katie, Isabella and Richard.

Dad, I am going to miss you terribly. You taught me so much about life and death but the unexpected nature and speed of your passing has rocked my world to its core. It is going to take some getting used to not having you about.

One comfort is the messages from others who thought the world of you - especially from those in the street who have all expressed their deep condolences and shock at your leaving.

Until we meet again in the ether, be forever at peace.

Gareth
