William DerekBAKERDied peacefully at Castle Graig Nursing Home, on Thursday 19th June 2025.

Devoted Husband to Edna. Much loved father, of Anthony, and Mark. Father-in-law to Jean and Michelle.

Brother to Keith, Roy, Kay and Joy. Brother-in-law to Betty, Desmond, Barbara, Raymond and Hugh.

He will be sadly missed, by all his family and friends.

A celebration of Derek's life will take place at Graham Sullivan Funeral Home, Wednesday 16th July, 11am.

You are warmly invited to join the family for light refreshments at, The Welcome Inn after the ceremony.

Flowers welcome.

Although I didn't know you well, I always thought of you as family.

On the few occasions that we met, you always impressed me with your feeling of family, and not forgetting your humour.

The thing that always stands out for me are the photos of you with my nieces and nephews. The photos show your love of family.

I will always remember the night of Michelle and Mark's wedding, trying to get you up the stairs to your room that night, after you celebrated the day with a drink or two.

Still sorry about your shoulder...!!!
