Kathryn AnnBARTONPassed peacefully on 11th December 2023, aged 77 years, surrounded by loving family at Springhill Hospice.

Re-united with devoted husband Kenneth George Barton. Amazing mother of Sally, Jill, Peter and Sarah. Proud Grandma of Katie, Thomas and Christopher. Special thanks to Springhill Hospice for their loving care and support.

Kath’s family wish to pay special respects to all of Kath’s extraordinary friends who supported her and who she considered part of her loving family.

Funeral to be held on Tuesday 2nd January 2024 at 12:40pm at Rochdale Crematorium, Bury Road, Rochdale OL11 4DG.
Family flowers only please. Donations in loving memory of Kath are gratefully accepted for Springhill Hospice.

Kath’s Celebration of Life After Party is to be held at Bamford Fieldhouse Cricket Club, Hollin Lane, Bamford, Rochdale OL11 5PW.

I first met Kath 60 years ago at Rochdale College when we were both on a secretarial course and discovered we were related. She was great fun to be with and would do anything for you especially if you needed help. It was a privilege to know her and she will be greatly missed.
