BASIL MORRISONBasil died peacefully on Thursday 7th June, in the presence of his family, aged 96. He will be missed by all members of his family, relatives and by all those whose lives he touched, during his long and active life. His kindness and courteous appreciation always shown towards others, his interest in art and the local community in which he lived and its history, lasted to the end.
His family holidays spent in and around Borth-y-Gest, which he loved so much, were his joy. A service of thanksgiving will be held at St. Peter s Church, Ashley Road, Hale, Cheshire WA15 9BU on Thursday 21st June at 3.30 pm.
