Stephen CharlesBODELLStephen sadly passed away unexpectedly at the
Royal Derby Hospital on Monday 27th January 2025 aged 65 years.

Devoted partner to Karen.
Much loved dad to Adam, Luke & Leanne.
Treasured Grandad to Evelyn, Kenley, Eddison, Auraelia, Lyla & Louie.
A dear friend, teacher & colleague to many.

Stephen's funeral will be held in the
Cedar Service Room at Bretby Crematorium on
Friday 7th March at 10.30am.
This will be followed by a private family burial service.

If you are able, please wear a flat cap in memory of Stephen.

Floral tributes welcome & to be delivered to the funeral directors.

Donations in Stephen's memory will benefit both the British Heart Foundation, and Cancer Research UK charities.

Steve, you were a true gentleman. Such a privilege to have known you and for you to have been my friend. It's heartbreaking that you have passed without me being able to say goodbye to you. Amongst the sadness and reality of this, I will always be grateful of the memories. It's not always about the length of someones life to reflect upon. It's being fortunate to have met such a person and known them. You will be missed by so many people. Rest In Peace and may your beautiful ,kind gentle Sole fly high. Love , prayers and strength to your family. ❤️❤️❤️
