SusanBOWERINGIt is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Susan Bowering, beloved wife, mum, nannie and friend, who left us on 16th December 2024 at Castle Hill Hospital. Sue was the beautiful Wife of Russell and an amazing Mum to Claire and Sarah. She held a special place in the hearts of her sons-in-law Andrew and Ben, and was known as the best Nannie in the world to her grandchildren Jake, Josh, Harvey, Louie and Frankie.

As a senior radiographer at Castle Hill Hospital, Sue touched many lives with her kindness, warmth and humour. Her laughter and spirit will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

The funeral will take place the the Haltemprice Crematorium on 3rd January at 2.30pm. Friends, Family and colleagues are invited to wear black and white to the funeral, with Hull FC shirts encouraged.

In honour of Susan's memory the family request that no flowers be sent instead donations if so desired may be left at the service to HER Breast Friends a charity close to Sue's heart.
