Simon LeslieBRADSHAWPassed away suddenly but peacefully with his family by his side at The Royal Derby Hospital on Sunday 9th February 2025, aged 56 years.

Loving husband of Angela, much loved dad to Frazer and Naomi, father-in-law to Marc, son of Vivienne and Bob, step-son to Alf, son-in-law to Roy and Gill, brother to Samantha, grandfather to Maddie, Olivia and Aurora, uncle to Zoë and Tamara, and friend and colleague to many. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Funeral service to be held at Trent Valley Crematorium, Aston on Trent on Wednesday 26th February 2025 at 11.30am.

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired are invited for the Intensive Care Unit and The Nightingale Macmillan Unit at The Royal Derby Hospital, these may be made online at www.georgesimnett.co.uk or given at the service.

Simon was our Postie and he was such a great guy. He always stopped for a chat, even if it made him late. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that.
My nervous, anxious dog adored him and so to us, he will always be remembered as a legend. Thank you Simon and rest in peace.🙏

Simon was part of our daily life, come rain or shine he was always chipper, with a friendly word. He instinctively knew what our post meant to us- be it a tax letter, birthday card or parcel.
The community will miss him and remember him with genuine fondness. Rest in Peace Simon, and condolences to your family, Ann and Nick
