Carol AnnCARTLEDGEPassed away peacefully 8th January, 2021 in Kings Mill Hospital aged 61 years. Dearly loved wife of Wayne, loving mum to Amy and devoted daughter to Emily. Due to circumstances at this time a Private Funeral Service will take place at Mansfield Crematorium, Thursday 4th February at 10:15am. Donations in lieu of flowers for Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance may be forwarded to Graham Ward Funeral Service, 9 Portland Road Hucknall, Nottingham NG15 7SL Tel: 0115 9632211
