Geoffrey John 'Geoff'CASHMORECASHMORE Geoffrey John ('Geoff') On May 1st 2020, at 11.11pm., peacefully at his home following an illness borne with great dignity, courage and patience, Geoff Cashmore, aged 79 years. The owner and Chief Executive of United Steels Group, Gibbons Industrial Park, Kingswinford. The beloved husband and best friend of Stella and a much loved Father, Step-Dad, Grandad, Brother and Brother in Law. Geoff will be sadly missed by all his Family, many friends and business colleagues. Due to the current covid-19 pandemic, a strictly private funeral service, for immediate family mourners only, will be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium, Dudley. Recognising that there will be many of Geoff's friends, colleagues and business associates who would wish to pay their respects, the funeral cortege will take a brief detour on the way to the Crematorium, calling at Gibbons Industrial Park at approximately 11.30am. The Family would ask that those present at the site observe safe social-distancing in paying their respects. Donations in lieu of floral tributes are being received for, and will be divided between, 'Cancer Research U.K.' and 'The Heart and Lung Unit at New Cross Hospital N.H.S.
