Jennifer MaryCHAPMANIt is with deep sadness and a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved mother on the 18th of October, aged 76 years. Jennifer was the heart of our family. Devoted Wife to Robert. A loving Mother to Victoria, Danny and Caroline. Most caring Grandma to Sophie, Keiran, Madeleine and Charlotte. Her warmth, laughter, and unconditional love shaped our lives and will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her. Forever in our hearts. Funeral service to be held on Thursday 5th November 2026 in Maplewood Chapel, Stockton Crematorium at 3pm.
