EricCHARLESWORTHBorn in Mirfield, West Yorkshire. First Principal of John Leggott College, Scunthorpe and Rotary Award. Died on Monday 3rd June at Clarence House, Brigg, aged 97 years old. He will be sadly missed by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and his dedicated friends of whom he had many. A private committal at Scunthorpe Crematorium will be followed by a Thanksgiving Service at Old Brumby United Church, Scunthorpe on Thursday 20th June at 2pm. Eric did not want flowers but if desired he would be grateful for donations to be made to The National Deaf Children's Society c/o: J Naylor Funeral Directors, 15 Bigby Street, Brigg.
