CarolCLIFT ((nee Jakubowski))(nee Jakubowski) It is with great sadness we have to announce, that Carol passed away at The Diana Princess of Wales Hospital on the 9th of July 2020, aged 65 years. Much loved wife of Leonard, sister to David, sister-in-law of June and sadly missed by her extended family to include Simon, Tracey, Ashley and their families. A Service of Celebration of Life will take place at Grimsby Crematorium, on Friday the 31st of July 2020 at 11.15am. All flowers may be sent to Sentiments Funeral Home, 17 Chantry Lane, Grimsby DN31 2LP. Tel. 01472 506350.
