ElenaCLITAPeacefully in her sleep on Sunday 5th July, Elena sadly passed away aged 73 years, after bravely facing a terminal illness.

Beloved mum to Irene and Paul, close mum-in-law to Iain and Mara, grandma to Fabio, sister to Costas and Miroulla, auntie, godmother and a good friend to many.

Once met, never forgotten, and will be sadly missed and remain forever in our hearts and memories.

Family and Friends are invited to say goodbye and pay their respects.
A funeral service will take place at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Grimsby on Monday 27th of July at 12.00 noon, followed by the burial for close family/friends at Humberston Cemetery.

Donations in Elena's memory to benefit 'St. Andrew's Hospice' may be given at the service or sent to the Funeral Director.

We have very fond memories of an afternoon spent in a coffee shop with Aunty Elena when we last visited Cleethorpes in 2023. We’re so glad we spent that time together and that our daughters got to meet her! We’ll always remember her wonderful quirkiness, and her very specific way of giving and receiving kisses! You are all in our prayers at this sad time, and we hope it won’t be too long before we’re all together again. Love from Alex, Hannah, Zoe and Sophia
