MarkCOLLISONIt is with great sadness we announce that on the 4th May at The Isabel Hospice Mark sadly slipped away, after a short illness. Loving Son to Victor & Jean, and brother to Patrick, Neil and Jane. His cheeky, mischievous and happy disposition will be sadly missed. He is now at peace. He will be laid to rest on 21st May at the Woollensbrook Crematorium at 12:30, friends and family are all welcome, smart casual and colourful, no flowers but donations to The Isabel Hospice.

When I first met Mark, he brought a sense of calm that made me feel welcome. He was a quiet man, but his presence was always felt. He didn’t need to be the loudest person in the room to be the most friendly and welcoming. He had a way of making you feel like a lifelong friend with just a simple nod or a kind smile. Aside from his family, Marks’s great passion was cars. Whether he was working under the hood, or just enjoying the open road, cars were his 'love language'. He understood that a car is more than just a machine; it represents freedom and the journey of life itself. I think Mark viewed life much like he viewed a well-tuned engine. He appreciated the quiet hum of things running smoothly and the beauty in the small, mechanical details that others might overlook. It was his way of being in his safe place, quietly on his own. RIP Mark.

To our beloved brother, taken far too soon but now resting in peace with our Mum & Dad, I hope you can now fly free 🥹with my forever love, your baby sister.
