Isabella Margaret (Isobel)COONEYHonorary Alderman, former Councillor and Lady Mayoress of Newcastle Upon Tyne. Isobel passed away peacefully on 7th June 2024 aged 87 years.
Devoted wife of the late Terry. Beloved mam of Hazel, Paula, Fiona and the late Judith. Mother in law, proud grandma and great grandma. Sister in law, auntie and friend to many. Isobel was greatly loved and will be deeply missed.
Would family and friends please meet for funeral service at the West Road Crematorium on Friday 28th June at 1.15pm.
Family flowers only. Donations in lieu will be received on the day with proceeds going to, The Grange Day Centre, and Search Newcastle (Bishops Court Lunch Club).
A donation box will be available at the crematorium.
