Shirley was a great support as cleaner , carer and reliable help to my parents over many years. She was a warm, friendly lady with a heart of gold.

Shirley was a truly lovely lady, always thinking of others before herself. She cared for my parents, John and Bette Sykes, for many years. She was always so kind and caring. An angel in disguise. Our thoughts are with her family at this very sad time.

Shirley will always hold a special place in my heart. Such a gentle kind hearted soul always there with a smile.
She made a huge difference to my grandparents lives and helped care for them right up until the end of their time on earth.
Thank you Shirley for everything you did.
Love

I am so sorry to hear of Shirley's passing. I lived next door to her for years. She was more than a neighbour, she was a good friend and confidante, and I have so many wonderful memories of her.
She was warm, generous and had a wicked sense of humour. We would go out together, have meals together - she taught me how to make the best roast potatoes!
I feel fortunate that I was able to spend time with her this year reminiscing and sharing our memories of each other.
I am so so sad she has gone, way too soon but I know she'll be reunited with Gerald and her sister and looking down on us fondly and with love xx
