Who would have thought that having a great breakfast made by a chatty smiling man would have led to a 28 year old friendship!! Alan was a lovely man who always made me feel welcome and part of his extended family. He went out of his way to help me and even my dad and all he met. I was lucky to have met up with him again in the last few months of his life.
