Sincere condolences Pauline, Jenny and George on your profound loss. Phil was a dedicated family man and spoke with immense pride and love when talking about Pauline, Jenny and George, particularly about how well Jenny and George are doing in their respective careers.

I worked with Phil in the Area Office and District Office, and we clicked over our mutual love of music (as we all know, Phil was a massive Beatles fan). I have many fond me of working with Phil, his kindness and thoughtfulness helped me through some difficult periods and he was always willing to listen and offer advice. But it’s the laughter I remember the most, especially when there were just three of us working in District Office. He will be deeply missed.

Rest easy Phil, it was a pleasure knowing you.

I was lucky enough to work with Phil and know him as a friend. He was a lovely person, kind with a terrific sense of humour. The most important thing in his life were his family and my heart goes out to them all, particularly Pauline, Jenny and George
