STEPHEN . What can I say in brief . It was a real pleasure in knowing him as a friend for all these years through the good times as well as the bad times both in UK and abroad. .
Looking back at things now I can say we had fallen out a few times over the many years I had the pleasure of knowing him , either whilst having a pint or two of his favourite Carling or Fosters or due to simple stupid misunderstandings due to his own strong opinions over stupid trivial matters . But Steve always found away within himself to make ammends with a equalling opionated person as myself. I am glad we both found a way to remain good friends. Stephen always had a unique way with people, and had this optimistic outlook on things and indeed life even when he had the diagnosis of terminal cancer right up the end , that many people would struggle to have and indeed even try to maintaine. He showed true grit and strength and passion for his family despite the pain of his illness. A gentleman that I came to respect that never really spoke bad about people . It was a pleasure to have been apart of his life. Sadly missed but never forgotten. Good bye my old friend.
