NicolaDUCKWORTHOf Manchester Road, Accrington, sadly passed away unexpectedly on Thursday 21st September 2023, aged 49 years.

Nicola sadly leaves behind her much loved husband Mick, her cherished daughter Charlotte and son in law Daniel, her loving father Joe and partner Linda, her treasured sisters Michelle and Lindsey, her dear nephews Liam, Pierce, Jordan, Connor and Paddy and also her in laws, mother in law Diane, father in law Ken and brothers in law Darren and Andrew. Nicola is now reunited with her much loved mother Christine and will be very sadly missed but fondly remembered by all her loving family and friends.

Her funeral service will be held at 2.30pm on Friday 13th October 2023, at Accrington Crematorium.

Family flowers only please, but donations are being welcomed in memory of Nicola for a local Patterdale Terrier Rescue Centre, donations on the day can be made by card (contactless), cash or cheque (please make any cheques payable to "Rescue Remedies") further enquires please to Barton & Hallworth Funeral Service, The Old Foxhill, 136-8 Union Road, Oswaldtwistle. Nicola, you were a wonderful friend and colleague, our loss has left a big hole in my heart that I can't exactly explain. However, I thank you for your friendship, humour and enthusiasm that brightened up my life even on the worst days.
I will miss looking at your many adventures with your friends and family and exchanging tales of holidays, trips and just us generally putting the world to rights.
You always cared about others and had so much empathy and love to give.
I'll never understand but I will always be grateful for the years I've known you and the many happy memories xx
