Edward Caston (Ted)EATES C M G L V O Q P M C P MEATES Edward Caston (Ted) C.M.G. L.V.O. Q.P.M. C.P.M. Formerly of the Colonial Police Service. Died peacefully at home in Exeter on Thursday 29th March 2012 aged 95. He was held in great esteem by his colleagues in the Colonial Police, particularly in Hong Kong where he was Commissioner from 1967 - 1969. He was much loved and will be sadly missed by family and friends. The Funeral is to be on Thursday 12th April at 3:30pm at the Exeter Cathedral.
