Helen will be greatly missed by her friends at the Whitley Bay ME Support Group. Like many Helen suffered quietly with this greatly misunderstood and hidden illness. We got to know her well as we battled the daily challenges together . Helen was a lovely person and friend and we will treasure the memories we have of her.
Jackie, Sarah, Liz and Susan.
