Sylvia, beloved wife of the late Iori Evans,
loving mother of Carolyn and Joanna,
dear mother-in-law of Ray and Christian,
proud grandmother of David, Carley, James and Libby,
adored great grandmother of Charlie, Jacob, Bailey, Carter-Ray, Rhys and Dominic.

Funeral service at St Peter's Church, Newton on Monday 10th February at 10.00am followed by committal at Swansea Crematorium at 11.30am.

Family flowers only please, but donations in lieu if desired may be sent to Forget Me Not Dementia Club c/o Bethany Church Hall, Bethany Lane, West Cross, SA3 5TL or made via the online version of this notice at funeral-notices.co.uk
