A keen sportsman and ex rugby player. Former teacher at Oakley Secondary School and Cleeve Comprehensive.

After a long battle with numerous conditions, Phil passed away at Gloucester Royal Hospital on Saturday 10th August 2024 aged 80 years.

Loving husband and father to his wife Penny and their daughter Thea.

A celebration of Phil's life will take place at Cheltenham Crematorium, Oak Chapel, on Thursday 5th September 2024 at 11am. Please wear informal attire as you feel comfortable.

Family flowers only. Donations in memory of Phil for the MS Society and Save The Children can be left at the service.
