Margaret MaryFOLEYDied in hospital aged 85 after a short illness. Beloved widow of Don, who left us four years ago, also 85; Mother to four heartbroken children, Gerard, John, Michael & Paul; dear mother-in-law to Karen, Moira, Nadine and Wendy, loving grandmother to Catherine, Conor, Dan, Josh, Jude, Luc, Luke, Olivia, & Tom, and beloved sister of Veronica. Mam, you never fully recovered from Dad's passing, and like so many you had a dreadful 2020, deprived of the company of those you love by the safe but callous restrictions imposed as a result of the pandemic. You gave us unqualified love, and taught us to be both ambitious and kind. You will never truly die so long as one of us lives. Margaret was proud to be of and from Stockton and will be laid to rest there. She will be received into St Patrick's RC church, Fairfield, on Sunday 6th December at 5pm. Requiem Mass to be held Monday 7th at 1pm, followed by burial in the cemetery on Durham Road, the road where she passed the happiest days of her life. Due to the pandemic, attendance at the church is sadly restricted to invitation and parishioners only. Further details from Michael Rea, Funeral Director and friend of the family. Tel 01642 724796
