Leighanne LilyFORMAN-JIMENEZIN LOVING MEMORY OF
Leighanne Lily Forman-Jimenez.
08/02/2006 - 24/09/2026
My Beautiful Daughter found at home unexplained and unexpectedly.
A heart and soul so pure and too big for this universe to carry,
A Smile that could birth a whole new universe,
A Sassy attitude that could create another.
Taken from us too soon.
May your soul be at peace from this world.
You will live on through everyone you touched and loved.
What a privilege it was to bring you into this world.
My Darling Daughter FOREVER in my heart, FOREVER in my soul.
Always loved, Forever remembered.
Sleep Tight Kiddo
