The obituary notice of Joan Margaret GIBBY

Mum, My heart is broken, the days come and go but the tears and pain i feel remains. You helped us all through the difficult times when we lost Dad, who is going to help us now. The only relief from this hurt is that you are with Dad and Gary once again, give them a hug from us. I miss your smile, our chats and hugs, most of all i miss you. Thank you for being our mum, for all the hugs and kisses that we hold dear. till we meet again mum, sweet dreams. Sharon & Gary xx

I hope that you’re causing as much mayhem up there as you would down here. Finally back where you belong, with gramps - he’s been fed up with the peace and quiet.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Joan, please accept my sincere condolences from all of us here at Tŷ Hafan. Joan was a very special person and we can see from your Tribute page they were dearly loved by all of their family and friends. They will be missed. 

At Tŷ Hafan, the diagnosis of a life-shortening illness turns everyday life upside down for families, leaving them facing a future that is so different to the one they imagined. Your generosity means they can receive the care and support they need. Thanks to you, they can create a lifetime of memories in the time they have together, just like your memories of Joan. I hope that gives you some comfort during this sad time.

Sadly missed by all of us. Always a big part of our life. Reunited with Richard now. Watch out heaven Joan’s coming.
