Kathleen OliveGILBEY(known as 'Kay') Former landlady of The White Swan (Swimmer), Mill Road, and late of Dunstan Court, passed away peacefully at home, on Thursday 28th September 2022 aged 89 years. Much loved Wife of the late George. Mum to John and David, and Mum-in-Law to Lorraine and Wendy. A much loved and treasured Nan to Ian, Emma, Simon, Nicola and George, and their respective wives and partners, and Great-Nan to her beloved Great Grandchildren. Funeral service to be held at 1.00pm on Thursday 27th October 2022 at Cambridge Crematorium, West Chapel. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to be made to Arthur Rank Hospice c/o Co-operative Funeral Care, 34 James Street, Cambridge. CB1 1HX

The Swimmer was the first pub I frequented and hence Kay my first Landlady. She was always so kind and a lovely lady. Many fond memories of her.
