ElizabethGLEAVESIt is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Betty, at her home with her loved ones by her side.
Betty was the eldest daughter of the late Graham and Georgina (Rena). A dearly loved soulmate of Jackie, a cherished sister of Kathleen, Linda and Mark, a much loved sister in law of her brothers and sisters in law. Betty was an amazing auntie who dearly loved her nephews and nieces, who she was very proud of, also a very dear friend of Pat, Jack, Diane, Gaynor and Maggie.
Jackie and the family would like to thank all the wonderful Home Care service for all their amazing care, skill and compassion shown to Betty over the last five and a half years. You were all amazing, and we will be eternally grateful to you. Also, many thanks to the Swansea District Nurses for all their support and guidance throughout Betty’s final days.
Betty will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her, and she will forever be in our hearts.
A private funeral will be held for close family, as that was Betty’s wishes.
Family flowers only please, donations if so desired are welcomed for Dementia UK, in Betty’s memory which would be cherished and greatly appreciated.
