John MichaelGLEDHILLMichael, beloved husband of Mona, passed away peacefully with his loved ones by his side, on the 16th of January 2022. His funeral service will take place at 11.30am on Thursday 3rd of February at St. Mary's Church, Pulford, followed by a private family committal at Flintshire Memorial Park & Crematorium. Family flowers only, but donations if desired may be made to Alzheimer's Research. For all enquiries, please contact John Knowles Funeral Services on 01244 530220

Mike spent a long and illustrious career serving as one of Her Majesties Inspector of Taxes in HMRC (the then Inland Revenue). I had the privilege of work with Mike when I began my career. He was a kind and supportive mentor to me and many other trainees, always having the correct answer and a humorous quip, watching as our careers developed and acknowledging our progress. Ever the professional, wise and generous with his time, respected by all those he worked with. Mike left a big hole when he retired and was greatly missed. Condolences to Mike's loved ones on his passing. He now rests peacefully in our Lords safe hands
