Dear Julie,
So sudden and such a shock. I still can’t accept the news. You will always be a part of our family too and we go back such a long time. Lots of laughter, and heartbreaks along the way too. Jack and Jospeh best friends you and my mum best friends and us girls always up to no goood!
So that’s what you and my mum went through together really - growing up, family life, difficult marriages that you guided one another through, sneaking out of downtown dancing.
And all the songs and your funny quotes that you would say … your Julie ‘isms’ like “Call me old fashioned…!“.
You will always be an unforgettable force of nature to me Julie and your honesty always shook the foundations - like it or not! I know all your children and grandchildren will miss you terribly but will go on to live good lives in your honour.
