Sadly, living in Canada meant that I had limited time with my Uncle George. I know my mom enjoyed visiting with him, and going on boating excursions when the opportunity presented itself. Rest in peace, uncle George.

I Will miss you so much George.
Both you and Muriel (your bud) have been like family as well as dear friends to me and I feel so blessed to have known you.
Will miss the stories of your incredible life, our usual moans about life that always turned into a laugh! Your texts that always ended with Gio or G&M! but most of all your kindness, understanding and complete respect. A true gentleman and wonderful friend.
Sleep peacefully George.
Love you always xxx

So very many fond memories of Uncle George, Dad's younger brother and my Godfather. Seafaring tales often including Dad were always a delight to hear.
You will be very much missed.
At peace now.

Uncle George, you have been in my life always, as both uncle and godfather. A wonderful teller of family folklore, dear brother and true friend to Tom and Ruby, my father and mother. A mentor to me and Rog and a favourite of our children.
You’ll be greatly missed.
Sincere condolences to Gin and family. Xxx
