Who passed away at Ty Bryn Gwyn hospice in Llanelli on Sunday 23rd February 2020 with your family there beside you. It is such a very sad time for all of us. We all miss you so very much, but what lovely memories we all have of you. Its your birthday this Thursday and I pray that you have a lovely smile on your face and that you are at peace with the angels. With all our love always, it's not goodbye it's see you later. Love from your sister Jen and all the family. May God bless you forever AMEN xxx
