SusanHAMMERSLEYSuddenly on September 8th 2024 at Glan Clwyd Hospital, Susan Michele aged 72 years of Abergele, North Wales and formerly of Leek, the dearly loved and devoted wife of Geoffrey, devoted mum of Paul, dearest mum-in-law of Mandy, loving nanny of Autumn and a very dear Sister-in-law and Aunty.
Funeral Friday October 18th, Service at St Lukes Church, Leek at 1.45pm prior to cremation at Carmountside Crematorium. Will friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the church.
