Patricia RHAYESPassed away peacefully at Florence Nightingale Community Hospital on Thursday 7th November 2024 aged 82.

A much loved mum, nanna, great-nanna, sister, aunt and friend.

Gone but never forgotten.

A funeral service for Pat will be held at Trent Valley Crematorium on Tuesday 10th December at 12.30pm. Any colour may be worn for the service. The brighter the better.

No flowers please.

Donations may be given in lieu for Treetops Hospice or Sight Loss Leisure Group.

Thank you to all who attended our beautiful mum's funeral on Tuesday . It was a true celebration of a wonderful women who always made sure she lived ife to its fullest.
