I worked with Blaise on building sites in the mid 1980s & the thing I remember most about that was the laughter, that and the nicknames he bestowed on me. He was a genuinely funny man who always had a smile on his face, always happy. He was also generous with his friendship. He helped me install a damp course in the house I'd just bought & the only payment required was a really good night out in The Park Hotel, Abergele Road & we did have quite a few of those.
Its been many years since I last saw Blaise but all my memories of him are of his kindness and the laughter. I'm so sorry he has passed on far too soon.
