Marilyn JoyceHENDRICKSENPeacefully but suddenly on 1st August 2026 surrounded by her family, Marilyn, aged 76 years of Llanishen, Cardiff. Beloved Wife to Rex. Dearly Loved Mum to Sarah and Mother-in-Law to John. Adored Granny to Charlie and Henry. A Loved Sister to Brian and Sister-in-Law to Val. Cherished Auntie to Andrew, Warren, Abbie and Lloyd. A Retired Teacher, (Cardiff High School) and Akela for 50 years of the 29th Cardiff Scout Group (Kestrels Cub Pack).

Resting in the care of Michael G Ryan Son and Daughters 302 North Road, Cardiff CF143BN Until funeral Thursday 3rd September 2026 Service at Thornhill Crematorium, Wenallt Chapel 10:30am prior to cremation.

Family flowers only please However, if desired donations would be appreciated for Guide dogs for the Blind, Scope or Breast Cancer Care c/o the funeral home

If they wish members of the Scout Association may wear Group Scarves.

Marilyn gave so much love and encouragement to so many children both in Scouting and School, she will never be forgotten for her wonderful smile and words of wisdom. Rest in Peace Marilyn.
