Dearly loved Husband of Sally.
Amazing and devoted Dad to Olivia, Amiee and Millie.
Now reunited with his loving Mum Jan and Sister Gill.

Funeral service to take place on Friday 31st May at the Haltemprice Crematorium 10.30am.

No flowers please but donations if desired for British Heart Foundation, collection plate at the service.
