Joe is loved and will be missed by his brother Fran and sister-in-law Christine, and their family. Also by Cheryl and Angela, Joe’s deceased brother Laurie’s children as well as Sean Milliken Joe’s deceased sister Marion’s son. These are the Canadian contingent of the family.
