Rosemary AnneHOOKESFebruary 1st, 2024, passed away at Ysbyty Bryn Beryl, aged 77 years of 12 Cae Du Estate, Abersoch.
It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of Anne. A beloved mother, grandmother, sister, auntie and friends to many. Survived by her sons Leigh and wife Rebecca, Chris and partner Meg. Proud grandmother to Sebastian, Cleo, Honey and Martha.
Service at Bangor Crematorium on Monday 19th February at 12 noon, followed by public Remembrance service at St Engan's Church, Llanengan at 2.00pm.
Family flowers only, but donations if desired in memory of Anne towards Bryn Beryl League of Friends, per Funeral Directors.
