A memorial service will take place at Formby Methodist Church on Thursday July 25th at 2pm.
Family flowers only please but donations are being gratefully received for 'Formby Methodist Church' and 'Friends of Scarisbrick' (A Girlguiding organisation that was close to Susan's heart).
