I met Doreen in 1987 at Friends Provident in Dorking, she was my trainer. From the outset she was a friendly lady with what I felt to be a rather dry sense of humour. Doreen was very a very important member of our team, a quiet, reassuring presence. After I left FP, we only had contact through our annual reunions but she remained a constant part of our group. I am sad that she is no longer with us but happy that she is at peace after a long and unpleasant illness. I will always have good memories.
